Work is at an all time Low

Sorry this happened to you Steve. When someone asks about the old service just remember, one bad referral equals ten good ones. Fight fire with fire. Bunch of soar assholes.

Get that truck fixed though. It'll eat at you every time you see it. Even years down the road. Anybody in Steve's area know any body men that will take care of our brother?

I doubt it was done on purpose. I think the reaction to my question was the issue. I have zero deductible insurance so I've already filed a claim. I wonder if he was looking at the mirror on the other side of the truck and didn't see how close he was and he may not have even felt the hit. It's a big chip truck. The issue is when I say "hey, is there any chance you may have hit my truck yesterday?" Then you wanna talk shit and try to fight me? Don't be a bitch about it. Just say yes or no and move on. I walked off the job and went home.

Is the new company going to fix this for you? If you would have let @ROYCE "take care of you" I'm sure he would have been on his way down to bust some skulls Lol j/k! Glad your getting away from them. Hope you get to really enjoy going to work with your new gig!

Well I did it. Finally. I accepted a job with another company as the lead climber on the crane crew!! Hour long interview and great conversation. They've been in the biz for 25 years and the owner has climbed for 30. 7 to 3 job and he didn't blink an eye on my pay. Said 30 wasn't even on his high end for a good climber. Totally happy to work with my schedule. Small crane but that just means small pics. Kinda green crew but the foreman has his stuff together. Ive worked wth him before at my current gig.

He told me I can start asap but I feel like I need to give 2 weeks notice. I'll probably get fired as soon as I give notice but the new guy said if so call him and he'll send me an address to a job site. No more climbing alone. No more of a lot of shit I've dealt with for years.

I've got a lot of anxiety about quitting. I don't know why but I do. It's obvious he could care less about me so why do I feel so obligated to him? Also I wonder if I'll get the money he owes me. $800 and change.

I have a good feeling about the new job but a bad feeling about giving notice. What the hell am I gonna say to him? I'll be glad when it's over. He's gonna go ballistic.

Boom! Awesome and good luck. Shame about the truck, but that'll be sorted soon.

He's right. I'll crack some skulls and pay to have that nice truck fixed. Then, Ill buy the truck off you and then give it to you as a company vehicle with a gas card to cover your expenses. Just say!! Because that is how you take good care of someone!!
