Owned by Dylan and helped by a founder of Angel's Envy. Pretty damned good, mash bill is 70% corn but actual distiller is a secret.

Great nose and very smooth but taste is a little light surprisingly

Premium vermouth and cherries really does make a big difference. Much more like getting one at finer bars and restaurants.

I like a rye's spiciness, especially for a mixed drink, but they're not for everyone. My buddy prefers a mash bill with more corn and barley, if not wheat. I'd like to try a 100% barley malt whiskey sometime too but have never come across one yet
