I understand completely. I always thought that there should be a 1-800 Hotline for this sort of thing. Manned 24/7 by trained professionals. Semi-retired Stihl salesmen who minored in psychology, or something.

I believe mine was about $1350 installed. Just got it so don't know their longevity, but it has a 5 year no questions asked warranty...

Saw some sweet looking Mechanical advantage pulleys coming out from the treemagineers Dmm RPMs if I'm not mistaken is the name. I would love to get up close and personal with these working works of art . Get them all nice and comfy in my rigging bag!
