spur up the trunk and cut each stem 1 at a time use a throw ball to set a pull rope and tip big pieces keep a block and tackle handy just in case

Its hard to see from the pic that you would be at the ridge of the roof.

I saw it like you would be working off the one side of the tree, reaching with the pole saw, maybe tied-in back over the ridge to the base of one of those small trees that is behind the shed.

Looks rather doable to me....plenty of room in the woods? Cut the dead stuff, and off side . Then set pull line in leads over house, and yard it/them into the woods, or fell the whole tree with them attached.

Plenty of seemingly good suggestions from us armchair arbs.....
