What Grinds Your Gears?

Being guided on to a chipper/trailer and buddy thinks standing directly behind the vehicle is the most visible location he could possibly be.
And your ground guide doesn't tell how close you are or if you need to go right or left to be on it.

Ok so I partnered my business I’m a competent climber with all my own climbing and rigging equipment I’ll bring it to the job every time. Our question do you guys it is we’ve been working together around the 18 months we work well together. Due to my mechanical knowledge of equipment that offered to do some repairs or just did them at the time they were neededTo get us back to work. And also I don’t stop when the trees down safely I’ll do the climbing cutting rigging and or fillingNegative blocking etc. and then I help him clean up and load up the haul away or chip etc. I also hire temp workers when we need them they answer to me i pay the blah Im thinking i need more than 30% from this guy. I asked for 33 just to test him yea he’s not happy. Plus he pays slow

Arrive at a bid after a 45 minute drive and the guy says “I already hired someone. Sorry.”
I felt bad one day last spring, because we were on the other end of that. We were just finishing up the removal of a tree, when another local company showed up to look at it to put in a quote on it. Apparently they were a couple weeks behind in their quoting. Of course afterward, with as hard as it was to get the customer to pay the bill, I wish they had ended up with it instead!

The dumb ass with the blower making dust when there is brush still to drag. The groundie who keeps pulling the lowering line up when i am not ready or nowhere near anything to lower. The homeowner or groundie who keeps asking what i am going to do next. Neon green work shirts, having to wear Sena headset and listen to other people yammer away. Dudes hacking away at shit with too small a saw. Finally and foremost not simply admitting when we fuk up.

Scheduled a power drop to remove two maple limbs on a energized line and power crew is 1 hour late with no ETA.
Called three times and 90 mins later was told the crew was short handed and would not make it out today it would have to be tomorrow. So no rain today perfect day to do the job and rain all day tomorrow. Hear that? That’s my gears grinding. Gotta zen out about it.
