this is a lot of he said she said...the fact that the first guy that got asked the questions try to BS the answer trying to avoid the real answer shows a little about the company with that one guys "intelligence" i mean come on..."so he doesnt fall out of the tree" as an excuse...yes situations like this can happen but the answers that the first guy gave really makes me wonder

I hope it will. From my years of life, I know though that it will take a second pinch before you make the full turn. Knid of like drunk drivers very rarly does one only have one ticket after the second though they learn. Then again some never learn, it about what they can get away with.

This whole situation could have been avoided if Oxman was courteous enough to discuss the problems he saw on that job with the owner in the first place. Instead, he posted the video, made generalizing statements, and sparked a wildfire of internet controversy which negatively affected the owner. All without the owners knowledge. This is clearly a mistake, on both sides. Pruner made a mistake...Oxman made a mistake by not consulting with the owner before posting this video.

Live and learn, no one needs to be crucified.

I think it is very sad that Ox has chosen to not participate in the discussion. Yes, lots of 'he said she said', but the fact is ox began this discussion with the stated intent of attempting to raise the bar of professional tree work.

By not participating in the following discussion after his post, I can only surmise that his intent was to do harm rather than good.
 
Creepy? I'm sittin' hear laughin my off. Reminds me of that high dollar book I bought years ago, Euc and Oak men and women. A employee is a direct reflection of a company. I don't care how fast you can talk or how smooth or if ya can do it at the same time/ cann ya do it lookin em' squaure in the eyes ? I don't have a dog in the fight/ Seems like alotta pissin' & moanin'. An ole partener used to say Comunication a wonderfull thing if people use it. We need each other. I myself don't like shifty people/ right or wrong/ I'm just a ole' brush ape/ Thanks folks
 
I despise people that throw stones.  Why would you go out of your way to slander someone?  If you are God's gift to tree work than why are you sitting around video taping people working and not off doing estimates or working yourself.  Bring that camera over here and I'll give you a free colonoscopy
