I think you're right as well, not many hate trump more than I. You have to concede though, his igniting the trade wars coming was quite a leap. Even for his bipolar ass.

Again, I respect your views are seeded in wanting the best for America. Also your commitment of time and energy. Lastly, I've blasted salvo after salvo of large diameter artillery and you keep bouncing up like that old Bozo the Clown punching bag, ready for another hit.

Still however, we spar. It's not a counterproductive thing either. We'd probably get along fair.

Trump 46.4% of the vote. 62,984,825 votes
Clinton 48.5% of the votes. 65,853,516 votes

Clinton won by 2.1% and almost 3,000,000 votes. Combine that with the fact that only 58-59% of eligible people voted, and Trump didn't come any where near getting half of America to vote for him. Not even close!
 
He's going down. Historic except a couple other republican prez's also did.
I love the Washington Post's headliner 2 hrs ago about the atmosphere in the embattled WH. He's striking out at imaginary foes, mumbling a lot, distrustful of everyone, and cornered. Unfit for office, just a matter of time now.
 
I understand it wasn't literally half of America. But, realistically, it was half of voting America.

When I wrote that post, I was thinking of that quote by Roger Ailes, where he said that the success of Fox News was due to his discovering his niche market: half of America.

This teacher is cray cray. Has a history of episodes and bizarre behavior. The fact that he's s teacher is utterly meaningless. He's just a crazy dude with a gun.

But here's the weird part from the article:

"Mr. Bartoo said that school policy did not allow guns on campus."

WHAT!? How is this possible? School policy does not allow guns. But there was a gun on campus. I am very confused. The law/policy was supposed to stop that from happening. I guess the only explanation is that he....... broke the law?

Round and round we go. Why do some people find it literally impossible to understand that government cannot solve all problems with laws?

Right after the AR-15 legalized massacre in Parkland, you touted concern and horror, 2 days later you repost the NRA line, a month later, like your hero trump, you lay claim to what won't solve the insanity..laws.
Too bad. The kids know. 10.8million of them will vote in the
2018/20 general elections. Getting the hash-tags together because the enemy is the cause is as easy spreading butter on the morning toast.

2. Go check the beginning of this thread. I told you laws can't fix it on day one.

3. I pay no attention to the NRA. Not a member. Not gonna be. Don't need them.

4. I'm wise enough to see the folly in crafting policy based on the whim of pissed off teenagers, almost all of whom display a pathetic grasp of the Constitution and the limits of what can be done by politicians.
