Who's gonna be held responsible and accountable when inevitably a teacher kills a few kids with some stray bullets? What's gonna happen when a big strapping 18 yr old young man loses his shit, overpowers a female teacher, takes her gun and starts slinging some lead?

All valid concerns. I share them.

1. All it would take is a simple act of a state legislature to render the teacher immune from liability in such a circumstance. Easy peasy. (Also, what prosecutor in his right mind would even charge a teacher trying to save kids from death?)

2. I assume if you're worried about young men overpowering armed women, you must be strongly against female police officers. Right?

I'm thinking more about biometric safes.

They intentionally made it extraordinarily difficult to repeal an amendment. As it should be. It takes a lot of work/votes.

So the left won't go that route. They'll cherrypick a sympathetic gun case and hope they can flip one of the justices. Or get a new one appointed. Bingo. There's your new law/precedent. Been doing it for decades.
