I just got a big order on Friday from Tree Stuff and Fed Ex tore the box up. Lost a couple small items. Tree Stuff had the items on the way within an hour or so of us calling to let them know. Nobody beats these guys customer service.

Honestly, I don't remember ever entering the dropdown section. The default is "Right Foot". Anyway, it's evident that calling in can sometimes be better than using the site. Human-to-human orders from here on out for me.
