I just made an order and wanted to make a slight modification on an item. Nick called me up and talked me through the best configuration for my application, rather than simply reading my notes and making it according to my mistaken request. I appreciate Nick taking the time to call me to assure my order met my expectations. They exceed my expectations, every time!
+ I have to apologize to Nick for not returning his call until near quitting time. So Nick if you are reading this... I'm sorry I didn't get right back to you, and thanks for everything you do at Treestuff to contribute to its outstanding accomplishment of being the best.

Yeah, the "tree climber trading card" stickers never really worked for me either. But other than that, I love all the freebies they send. The headsocks (as my groundie calls them), gloves, and the other stickers. I have the non-trading card stickers all over my hardhat.

BTW, I wouldn't believe that "but she really wanted TreeStuff" if I were you. I tried that with my wife and she was not amused :D

So of course I was like, "Well, if YOU don't want the RopeWrench I guess I'll have to take it.

That one cost me a dinner at a fancy restaurant.

Sorry...been busy and haven't gotten to the computer in a while. Macswan--you make a good point. I guess my account is already set up w/ Sherrill, and I have gotten good customer service from them. I probably will try treestuff. Seems like you guys have all been more than satisfied.

It is pretty good. I almost feel like I'm stealing from them. Do try TreeStuff I highly recommend it! I have always been impressed since my very first order! BRT, one thing i can add; there's nothing wrong with Sherrill. In fact, because I'm in SC I get my packages faster (in one day) from Sherrill when ordering UPS Ground. Probably the same for you being in VA...Sherrill is in Greensboro, NC. It usually takes a few days from TreeStuff to get my...well...tree stuff. But TreeStuff's customer service is just so dang good. Top notch!
 
Yeah, and I hope it doesn't look like I am downing any other company! I am only applauding (maybe even a standing ovation) one particular company for their outstanding performance, and encouraging you all to go see them and see them again. Other performances are noteworthy too, but right now I am taking time to really acknowledge Treestuff for their perfection! They are just awesome, I would't even mind waiting longer for my stuff to arrive, but that's just me. And by all means, go with what works for you........but try TreeStuff at least once. ;)
 
Good Example: Last order I made from Treestuff, I ordered the Pinto Pulley. They accidentally sent me the Hitch Climber. I made a simple phone call and emailed a picture and the Pinto was in the mail, AND they let me keep the Hitch Climber. I was not only surprised, but very grateful.

I placed an online order this week....couple hours later I realized I forgot something. I called and Nick couldn't Handle my sexy voice so he handed me off to someone else who added it to my order like it was no big deal. Great customer service and received everything quickly. Thanks Tree Stuff!!
 
Nick, I have to say your TreeStuff videos are excellent! I've really enjoyed them. You do well in front of a camera! They are very fluid and informative and I appreciate seeing the gear demonstrated and reviewed in front of my eyes. Well done and keep up the good work...and just know that you are one of the "best people in the world @ TreeStuff" :)!
