Trees from a distance

Oh, I think it's a Hydrangea!!! Maybe a PeeGee!!! Tell me I'm right!!!

How about birch? Can I do this on here? Took a hike Saturday to find some "hen of the woods" mushrooms. Seemed we were a little late. Thought you might enjoy some of the good shots I got.

It's not shagbark although the woods around there are full of them, Catskills. I am thinking it's my black cherry. I took the pic to show at least how I identify black cherry. It has much rougher bark then choke.

Its very common, almost weedy if you will. This is not typical structure, makes it look like a halfway decent tree!

I know it's a bad pic, with little to no details to pick away at, so I won't make poeple struggle too much.
