This is the Akimbo

I’ve been saying this since they opened! Ray and Kyle are great. I haven’t really dealt with the other guys yet. I have to be careful going in because I will spend hours talking to them. It’s just the way they are!
X2! My brother lives about 4 or 5 miles from the shop. The last 2 times I have been to see him, I've spent over $300 each time and had to hold myself back. These are the kind of folks you want to support cause they work to support you.

So seriously now guys....is this operationally better than the rope runner? Or is it just another cool device that's easier to use?

Inquiring minds wanna know.
i think its going to come down to personal preference on this one. some will most certainly prefer the tried and true RR. just look at the diferences in opinion about the devices out there already. i doubt there will ever be a single climbing device that is perfect for everyone.

Totally cool device that's going to make me feel like this :musculoso:at a minimum.
Worth every penny for just this purpose alone.
If it helps me climb better and easier I'll consider that an extra side benefit.

I have scandere and vortex ready for some unicorn action...really eyeballin a hank of sterling 12.5 work pro however, might have to add to cart...what rope will y’all try first?

The approved list of Unicorn friendly ropes is very unsettling, especially being how none of my ropes are on either the 220 or 286 list. I suppose it wouldn't hurt to pick up a 150' hank of Fly, or some other approved rope, if I find that my HTP 7/16 ", Static Performance (Edelrid) 11mm, or my Samson Predator 11.4mm potentially causes slipage. Losing 30 lbs of unwanted fat might help, as well.
