Ok.. right on.. I'll try that next time.. last night i snapped my wire fid trying to put it core back in crappy eye i had made.. (big eye).. cheap metal..
What i did this time was just leave the core in & start the core removal at mark B.. pulled a bloom & cut it.. then i went back & pulled it out from Mark A to tail end result in the core being intact within the eye.. Looking back i think fishing would have been easier.. i was making a Friction saver so things were a bit weird for me being careful manipullating the core & trying not to pull it out from the X-over on the other side of the saver.. I'm sure there was an easier way to complete this thing with shorter buries, x-overs, etc..
Brock... Is there any way to end up with just one crossover? Some way of passing/crossing everything right smack dab in the middle? If possible i believe it would have made this easier & i could have gone shorter overall..
I have an idea.. all specs get used but everything comes out at one x-over, two cores two covers, 4 exits, but in two spots using top & bottom of rope.. I know... Probably hard to follow.. I haven't tried it either..
