It’s Teufelberger Platinum
How do you like the platinum? I heard it has a tendency to develope weird bumpiness. It’s Teufelberger Platinum
I agree, just had 150’ sitting in a bag...Platinum is junk rope. Bouncy AF and one weird ass rope after a few climbs. Great for a lanyard though. I had the 11.5 as a climbline. Long discontinued.
Bag is prob worth more. Lots of knotted lanyards though. Not my cuppa.....I agree, just had 150’ sitting in a bag...
Yep. Its not broken in yet so I haven't formed an opinion yet ? Will report back soon...8 mm epi cord?

Just don’t call me a “stable genius, please”!First let me say that you are a genuine lunatic Brocky. That was a compliment in case you're wondering!
I like my setup to inhale slack and getting my legs too short can have a negative effect on how easily slack is falls through my system. I have found that a 22"-23" prussic on 11mm-11.7mm to be just right for my needs.
Alway appreciate your input and ideas though...
Talked me into it then. I'll procure a plastic thimble and play around with it. I do love the minimalistic vib of it!Just don’t call me a “stable genius, please”!
Too short of legs when used with the rigid side plates of the pulley cause the wraps to be constantly tensioned. With the thimble, the Michoacán legs only have to be long enough to bring together in front for clipping, without tightening the wraps too much.
The thimble pushes up on the entire bottom of the hitch, instead of just on each side with the pulley. There is also less sit back with the shorter legs.
Ok sales pitch is over, how many can I put down for?
I love itYou can go shorter with the legs when tying the eyes by replacing the pulley with a plastic 1/2” thimble and a small cord with eyes.

Cut a little off the thimble, like the black one below, to make it easier to slip on the rope midline. The cord can be configured a couple different ways.
