Looking to purchase a chipper

We are looking at purchasing a chipper and wanted to see if anyone had any leads. Here is the wish list:
12-15”
Drum
Winch
Autofeed
Crushing option
Low hours
Prefer Bandit or Morbark
Doesn’t have to look pretty, but would be a plus
Financing would be great
East Coast stuff only, the closer to PA the better

Check search tempest. There is an outfit in Shippensburg that has stuff posted regularly on it. Are you going to be involved at all with the Penn-Del TCC,? I will be up for that.
