Hi folks,

So my 9 year old daughter, 66 lbs, has decided she wants to be an arborist. She asked for a top handle for Christmas. She said, “I can work on the crew with the guys. I don’t mind peeing in the chip truck.” She is counting down the days until she can work with my boss aaand asked if she could quit 4th grade to help drag brush and run the chipper. Convinced her to stay in elementary school, said no to chainsaws until she is at least double digits, but did get her a biner and 8’ of rope. To the point of this post: Does anyone have a kids harness that needs to be rehomed? If so please let me know a price. If not, any recommendations for a kids sized harness? Thanks!

Take a look at New Tribe harnesses, the NT Basic would be excellent for her, probably size Small, there’s a sizing chart on the page:

Thanks to all who responded! I really like the looks of that New Tribe Twist or the other super small New Tribe saddles. New question: Does anyone have a kids helmet for sale or recommendations for a kids helmet? Thanks!

Sorry I do not, most of their gear is pretty Damm good though. I have a Kask for work and got my gf a petzl rec climbing helmet for after work. Seem pretty good

Thanks! I wear a Kask at work as well. I’ll look into the Petzel rec helmets. I know she’ll want one in pink. . .
