Fu*%face Von Clownstick

You

, but in the state of New York falsifying business records is a felony when there is an “intent to defraud” that includes an attempt to “commit another crime or to aid or conceal” a crime. Every time Donny wrote a payoff check and falsified the records he broke the law, and it would appear that he was cutting an awful lot of checks to coverup the fact that he had been a very bad boy.
This might be difficult for your BlueAnon bombarded brain to comprehend. An NDA is not a felony if it's not federal election finance law violation. The case is trash.

Do try and keep up little man. Trump has been charged with 34 counts of falsifying business records, which is a classic white collar crime. I can't for the life of me understand why Don the Conn didn't go gets some cash and just reimburse Cohen off the books. Donny is a billionaire after all?

Up next are Georgia and Jack Smith's classified documents and Jan 6th investigations where Donny is in much more serious legal peril. We do have Donny on tape demanding that the Georgia secretary of state go “find" him 11780 votes, so I eagerly await the gobbledegook you and your ilk are gonna come up with on that one. Sadly this is what the rest of Donny's life looks like, and it couldn't happen to a nicer guy. If he is really lucky the stress, and the Big Macs, will cause him to stroke out, have a heart attack, or throw a fucking rod long before he ever sees a jail cell.

Now back to your regularly scheduled liberal/demonkkkrat bashing and conspiracy theories. Have a nice day!

Well, it's happened again: I'm bailing out of this childish conversation for about the third time in as many years. That means that the haters have won, 3 to 0. Congratulations, your petrified brains remain intact!

But I am confident that I've done my best to break through the wall of ignorance (maintained by ANYONE who still supports trump) in an attempt to find middle ground based on facts, logic, and compassion for others. But when it gets down to a couple of belligerent guys trying to raise my blood pressure for their own pleasure, I'm gone.

I'll check in again sometime in the future; maybe by then these folks will have tried to blend in some fragments of collaboration and humanity into their arguments. Meanwhile, I happily have better things to do--and I suggest that the haters put their energies into helping out at the local food bank.

Auf Wiedersehen

I gave up a couple of days ago. There is no gray matter between their ears, just a hollow void with an echo rattling around in there.
Just chalk it up as their parents failed miserably at doing their job of raising an intelligent child with manners and the ability to think. One is just a troll, and this one is a scarecrow that has no idea where the Emerald City is located.

Thanks for keeping the highly respected "Fu*%face Von Clownstick" thread at its intellectual best.
This is possibly the first time in history that someone has used the words intellectual and respected when discussing Old Bone Spur!

Kudos my friend as this is an amazing feat for which you should be proud..

conspiracy theories.
Keep it together man you're still off in BlueAnon land.... If you still can't understand, all counts are based on hush contracts which have never equated as campaign contributions through out history. So, no federal campaign finance law violation=no felony, no felony=no case.... Don't know how to dumb it down further for you. $20 bucks if you can up with something.

Hey, Stupid.
The charges are not about federal campaign finance law violations. I don't know where your empty brain is getting this misinformation, but it is just that.
Try learning, then speaking. You will sound smarter and not so much like a loud-mouthed dim wit that you are.

You're a living meme, cute

What planet are you on, aren't you following the case?

Shadow......If you don't learn to relax you're going to give yourself a vaccine induced stroke and everyone is going to blame your death on me.

Oh brother!

Bragg was unequivocal about the scope of the charges. “Under New York State law, it is a felony to falsify business records with the intention of fraud and intent to conceal another crime,” he said. “That is exactly what this case is about.”
“Trump then went to great lengths to hide this conduct, causing dozens of false entries in business records to conceal criminal activity, including attempts to violate state and federal election laws,” he continued.
“Each check was processed by the Trump Organization and illegally disguised as a payment for legal services rendered pursuant to a non-existent retainer agreement,” Bragg said.

I repeat, Hey, stupid! Some day, maybe, you will grow up, but I'm not going to hold my breath.

Bragg has a number of problems, not that he cares. His goal is to drag this out and loom over the primary process, so mission accomplished.

First, it kinda sorta is about federal campaign finance law. The statute of limitations on Trump’s “crimes” is 2 years if misdemeanors, five years if felonies. You’ll kindly note these alleged infractions took place in 2015/2016. So full stop unless Bragg can link them to an underlying crime, which he failed to name in either the indictment or his press conference. We can only assume it’s federal election or campaign finance law.

So the question becomes, can Bragg turn (expired) state misdemeanors into federal (campaign finance) felonies, when the federal government has not (and in fact declined) to charge him with that same felony? It’s basically unheard of. Bragg is literally trying to charge Trump with state federal crimes. There is obviously no such thing.

I’m not defending Trump as a human, just opining on the case. It’s tenuous at best.

One other observation: the crux of the case seems to be that Trump sought to influence the election by paying Stormy hush money to keep news of their “affair” out of the news. An affair that took place in 2006. Does Bragg really think the voting public would have been swayed by this news, but they were not swayed by Trump being caught on tape just 3 weeks before the election admitting to grabbing women by the yoo-hoo?

I apologize for taken so long to get back to ya, but I was working. You should try it sometime because it really does the body and soul some good.

Please explain this BlueAnon you keep rambling on about?

How bout this….. can anyone name the underlying crime Trump is charged with? You know, the one required to defeat the statute of limitations and bump these misdemeanors up to felonies?

You’re not alone. Bragg can’t either. The indictment might truly be insufficient on its face.

(FWIW, one theory is that he won’t disclose the underlying crime so that if his weak case is dismissed that crime is preserved for the other Soros prosecutors to charge Trump with, thereby avoiding double jeopardy).

Whether these were misdemeanors or felonies will surely be debated, but one thing is crystal clear. The POTUS Donald J Trump, was according to New York law, comitting multiple crimes while occupying OUR Whitehouse and Oval Office.
