Fu*%face Von Clownstick

Mueller is clearly laying the groundwork for coming indictments of American citizens (Team Trump). Lock them motherfuckers up!

There is no allegation in the indictment that any American citizen committed a crime or that any of the actions changed the vote count, Rosenstein says.

No, not for the indictment that covered the Russians. Other indictments did cover crimes by Americans.
They were very clear on the vote issue, these indictments are for the crimes involved in the hacking itself and some related criminal matters.

What the hacked information was used for, and how, wasn't the subject of this indictment... as Rosenstein explained.

You might be right. But how many years should it take? All four? Eight?;)

I’ve said it before; special prosecutors justify their very existence by indicting someone, somehow. Mission accomplished.

It took Trey Gowdy two and a half years and tens of millions of taxpayer dollars to come up with a big, fat zero indictments and no guilty pleas by anyone, looking for Hillary's crimes against e-mail fairies. I'd think y'all would be good with giving a guy who has gotten results some time to get the job done right.

What the hacked information was used for, and how, wasn't the subject of this indictment... as Rosenstein explained.

Again, this wasn’t hacking. This was email. Freaking spam. Spam that Podesta responded to like the clueless relic he is. Hacking just sounds so much more mysterious and evil though doesn’t it?

Still waiting to see why any of this shit matters. Whose vote did it affect?

Hillary’s email fairies are part of why we have Trump. It was crystal clear to millions of Americans that she is a multiple felon. And equally clear that she was effectively above the law. Pissed folks off.

Why any of this shit matters? Whose vote did it effect?
You sound like one of those folks who is ok with Russia meddling in our elections, and seems to think it didn't effect the elections. Shocking really.
Gosh, I'll bet those millions of Americans feel like a bunch of dumb-asses knowing that they voted for a real, bonafide, genuine felon?

Actually, the press release states that it was both spearphishing and hacking.

Hillary is a multiple felon? What exactly was she convicted of?

She gave up every e-mail that was subpoenaed. She deleted personal e-mails that were not subpoenaed. No crime was committed, as every single republican inquiry, the FBI and CIA all publicly stated.

While being investigated for real estate fraud in New York, Trump actually ordered an entire server destroyed... it's not like the pots calling the kettles black are terribly concerned about personal e-mail servers, or the current administration wouldn't have a dozen people doing the exact same thing.

You'll note that I haven't called Trump a felon, merely an asshole and a liar of incomprehensible magnitude. Because, he hasn't been convicted of any felonies, yet.

Perhaps you and other Hillary haters have secret information that the rest of us don't have. Maybe you've got it all stashed away in your backyard bunker, under the UFO plans. She wasn't my favorite presidential candidate, but I watched her performance during those 13 hours of Gowdy and the Clowns trying to grill her. Quite frankly, she made them all look like complete idiots. Not that it was a particularly challenging task, or anything. They were doing a pretty good job of doing it, themselves.

Great point Mr Gu. I wonder how many of these Hillary hating Trumpsters actually watched the entire 13 hour grilling by Gowdy and crew. I did, and I can tell you she took them to fucking school and they knew it. Plain and simple.

That's the thing. It's not secret. It's all out there. And she still walked because of who she is and who protected her. Comey claimed prosecutorial discretion when deciding not to press charges, claiming that no "reasonable prosecutor" would do so. Horseshit. Thousands of them would, and weren't shy about saying so.

From Gary Fouse: "Now comes this latest revelation about Comey's memo in which he initially (May 2016) stated that Clinton had been "grossly negligent." That expression was changed to "extremely careless" (June 2016). On the surface, it might seem innocuous because most people would say they mean the same thing. Yet, "grossly negligent" is a crucial term, one that is contained in the wording of the statute that Mrs. Clinton would have been charged with regarding her handling of classified material. To be accurate, it is "gross negligence".
The statute is Title 18 USC (United States Code) 793.
If you go down to sub-section f, you will find the expression "gross negligence." Had Comey left that expression in his final draft, he would have been held up to even more ridicule because it would have made even more of a mockery of his conclusion that "no reasonable prosecutor would bring such a case." In addition, this statute does not require intent, which Comey had insisted upon. The statute requires "gross negligence." There is a big difference. A man who drives drunk and kills someone in an accident did not have the intent to kill someone. It was his gross negligence in driving drunk that led to a death. Even if the driver is stopped by police before an accident by police, he is subject to arrest. Secretary Clinton was basically driving while drunk in having a private server handle her State Department classified emails. She may not have intended for her classified emails to fall in the wrong hands, but she intended to violate 18 USC 793. No matter how you define it, Clinton broke the law and did so knowingly. As secretary of state, she was given all the required classified briefings before taking office. She cannot claim to have been ignorant of the rules that any junior foreign service officer knew.
All of which James Comey ignored. He knew this was all a charade. The fix was in."

Convicted or not, she's a felon. (Sort of like convicted or not, O.J. is a fucking murderer). No secret information, just eyes and ears.

If the prosecutor declines to prosecute, that's that. Nothing the Senate or "high courts" can do. Two justice systems - one for the peasants and one for the connected- are not good.

In order for using a private email server to be gross negligence for Hillary, it would have to also be gross negligence for every single federal worker who also did so, including Hillary's predecessor, several presidents, and the majority of Trump's white house staff. You'd have to carry that designation in both directions... show a precedence for it being negligence from the legal standpoint and the policy level standpoint (there was no such precedent, and current and past policy was that it was ok because the "official" servers were riddled with security issues that the private servers weren't so badly affected by)... and you would have to show continuity for ongoing policy and enforcement. That also never happened, as Hillary is the only one anybody cared to think of as a target. If this is "gross negligence" then nobody in the federal government should be doing it. Yet, the current administration continues the policy, even going so far as using unsecured iPhones for doing government business because they didn't like the secured, gov issued Blackberry ones.

All of this Comey himself explained as the reason for changing the designation... any reasonable prosecutor would, in fact, have refused to prosecute for calling it "gross negligence" when it was only applied to one certain person, and nobody else. The current administration is still doing it, because the incoming batch of incompetents has failed to make policy or legal changes that would ensure it wasn't done, anymore, in spite of spending millions of our dollars to try to make Hillary look like a criminal. It failed miserably because she wasn't the only one doing it, either in the Obama administration or in anyone else's and no clear policy directive against it was ever in place that determined the practice was gross negligence. That was purely Comey's opinion when he made the rough draft before even going through all the "evidence" available. It didn't stop him from making statements, just before the election, that would lead you to believe she had done something wrong, when in fact no investigation by him or anybody else ever came to that conclusion.

Im enjoying the level of stupid the voter's drove America to. It had to happen. What's still amazing is that Fox and friends are still trying to validate their criminal insanity.

Pathetic. Jail. One half of America. This shit turd and his liars need to relocate to Russia.

But I feel vindicated. Times ten.

Whether or not there was a clear policy directive against the practice, there certainly was a clear federal statute prohibiting it.

I agree that many former and present administration officials use private servers to correspond. But not 110 emails containing top secret, secret or confidential information. 18 USC 793 doesn’t care if you’re trading recipes. Just info potentially damaging to national security.

She did this 110 times. Then she lied about doing it. Then she deleted more of them. (Comey admitted as much, but said she didn’t “intentionally” delete them. LOL). She gave away secrets. Endangered national security. Note that intent is immaterial. Indeed, intent and gross negligence are mutually exclusive.

Doesn’t matter. She walked. She’s above the law. That steamed a lot of people. Which is a big part of why we have Trump.

Hillary, Obama, and now OJ. Going deep in the well Buck!
What say you about the President of the US on national television literally asking Russia for help in the 2016 elections, and the Russians getting the job done that very day.
There are some very dark days ahead for the Trump nation. If ya' need a hug, I'm here for ya' buddy.
