You might want to look at your state for answers not the feds ,as all they do is funding and guidelines. Everything else is controlled by the state and local government.

Although our founding fathers built guardrails into the Constitution I don't think they ever envisioned someone as dastardly and corrupt as Trump becoming president. After Nixon laws were enacted to remedy some of these shortcomings, but Trump is a whole other level and breed of corrupt, so he is pushing the limits and driving us straight into a real genuine constitutional crisis. I just hope the Republicans remember that we are a government of the people, by the people, and for the people..
