She already has, to the Grand Jury. And it is not about paying her. It is about his falsifying his financial records as to where the money went.
I just hope it continues and he is brought up on trying to overthrow the election, along with several other charges he should be in jail for.

If he is convicted, it is a felony charge. Not a matter of paying a fine. Sentence will be more than a year in prison.

It is not over till the fat lady sings. He has been indited on 34 counts, but he has not been charged yet. We will have to see what they actually charge him with, then we need a conviction on one or more.
He will no doubt be indited on more charges down the road. January 6th; election tampering; and a host of others.
