Fu*%face Von Clownstick

Number 5 is Sen. Thom Tillis. He’s wearing a mask. Still got it. The whole front row is maskless. So far, didn’t get it.

Assume (very generously) the mask cuts in half your risk of infection and transmission. This simply means it doubles the duration of the pandemic. I’ll say it again: you cannot hide from a virus. At least not while maintaining a functional economy/country. Or anything resembling a life worth living.
Moments after leaving the Rose Garden and headed indoors (please notice an unmasked Tillis in an up close conversation with SCOTUS nominee). Curious at what point we use terms like child endangerment?

Good grief, not a single mask in the room. And no attempt at all at distancing. This sort of shit has nothing to do with shutting down the economy. And of course half the people there have it now. This is just plain stupidity and very poor leadership. Even if these measures are not 100 percent effective in dealing with the virus, isn't it sort of a no-brainer to err on the side of caution? Especially if you are supposed to be a role model and the leader of an entire country? Part of the strategy of masks and distancing is not totally about stopping it. It is also important to simply slow down the spread, so as not to overwhelm our medical capability at any one time and to give that much more time to work on a vaccine. What about that is hard to understand, Bucknut? What does the damn economy have to do with what we are seeing in that last photo?

Trump gets it now...
“It’s been a very interesting journey. I learned a lot about COVID,” Trump said, standing in his hospital room in a video posted on social media. “I learned it by really going to school.”

He added, “I get it, and I understand it."

Before the video was posted, the infected president cruised by supporters in his bulletproof SUV, windows rolled up, driven by Secret Service agents in protective gear who were potentially exposed to the disease that has swept through the White House in recent days.

“This is insanity,” tweeted Dr. James P. Phillips, an attending physician at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center, where Trump has been hospitalized since Friday evening."

Trump declares 'I get it' about coronavirus, then briefly leaves hospital

Trump's actions since being infected by Civid seem very Kim Jong Unish..A weak man trying his best to appear strong...

Really reaching low now. So the virus is a new requirement for being president because Trump now has 'first hand experience'? So it takes catching it himself for Trump to take it seriously, despite over 200,000 previous deaths. Maybe Biden doesn't actually need to catch it himself to take it seriously or to give a damn that others have died of it. This has to be the ultimate spin job and con.

"I will be leaving the great Walter Reed Medical Center today at 6:30 P.M. Feeling really good! Don’t be afraid of Covid. Don’t let it dominate your life. We have developed, under the Trump Administration, some really great drugs & knowledge. I feel better than I did 20 years ago!"

— Donald J. Trump (@realDonaldTrump) October 5, 2020

Must be the extremely powerful steroids, remdesivir, and the antibody cocktails that Donny is taking that are doing the talking. You know, the medical treatment that you and I payed for... You know, the medical treatment that is usually reserved for those who have very bad cases of covid.

I don't think wearing a mask, distancing sensibly, and giving a flying fuck about the others around me constitutes 'dominating my life'. What IS dominating my life is the constant negative BS, lies, and circus clown act from the Trump White House that is in my face every single time the last 3-1/2 years that I have read the news. Am I the only one who feels that way? As to feeling better than he did 20 years ago, I hope he avoids mirrors, and in any case I live in hope he won't feel like that for sure come November.

A friend of mine has known three people that were on the steroid that he's taking. One of the known side effects is how it alters personality...not in a good way. There is an article from one of the Walter Reed doctor's about his concerns.

This is simply unreal. He is not even out of the hospital yet, is he? At $100. apiece I have to admit this is a clever way to handle that tax bill he will owe when he finally loses the never-ending IRS audit.

Assuming this is it. Good Lord. The list of side effects is staggering. (Literally).

Even I have to admit I cannot imagine what Trump's "grandiose delusions" would be. How could they get any "grandiose-er"?

All of your presidents that i have known have appeared to be corrupt warmongers.

Trump is the only one not to have
started a war on an impoverished people. I think that is very significant.

I hope he stays resolute in this.

And please be respectful to Bucknut even if he disagrees with you.

I read most of it Rico. And that he hasnt ended Bush and Obamas wars is true. However, if you notice the author is very anti trump. One of his main criticisms is that by withdrawing 1k troops from Syria Trump let Turkey and Putin and Assad and ISIS... . This is the logic of and justification for imperial war.

In my opinion it is this refusal to be a responsible imperial steward that so offends the ruling elite and the origin of the animosity towards him.
