Stir-Fry: Lamb, spinach, onion, noodles

Shredded lamb shank (Used leftover lamb. See above posts for prep; I made 4 shanks.)
Baby spinach
Red onion rings
Cooked egg noodles
Butter
Black pepper
Crushed red pepper flakes

I bought one that looked similar to that in Mexico City years ago.
Unfortunately, the volcanic rock was way too soft.
When I tried to use it, it slowly disintegrated and created a lot of grit !

I gave it away to someone who wanted a "decoration".

I have lots of mortar & pestles, made from other materials: ceramic, cast iron, etc.

Corned beef, capicolla, bacon, provolone, fries, on Italian bread.

Unfortunately I cant upload the pic without cropping it to the point of silliness
 
Wok dinner fried w/ butter:

Duck Leg Confit (cooked long & low - Moulard w/ garlic, shallot, sugar, spices, fat) – quick fried to crisp skin
Baby spinach – just wilted
Potato cubes – crispy brown
