Looks good to me! Nothing wrong with simple, I am currently chewing on a bowl of spaghetti made with Ragu sauce, with some sautéed mushrooms and pieces of Italian sausage thrown in. Basically, some leftovers from the refrigerator and mixed together. I don't always do fancy either.

Smoked Chedder - base
Marinara sauce – garlic, etc
Onions – red / sliced
Pulled Berkshire Pork
Corn – whole kernel
Aged Swiss – topping

Bake 350°F for 10 min.
