The sitcom Friends Ross does a leftover thanksgiving sandwich which he uses a piece of bread soaked in gravy for the center of the sandwich and he called it the moist maker

Basically cut the potatoes to be shaped like a scallop and then pan sear in butter and oil on each side for a nice crust, then add stock (I used chicken and beef) and into the oven for half an hour.

I do too, I prefer lump charcoal, but I accidentally bought a big bag of briquettes the other day. Its not as hot as I like, but it works.

the ol grilled steak and corn... that was one of my main bachelor meals, with a nice white beer.
