Newsflash Rico: I'll (verbally) attack the shit out of any woman who FALSELY accuses me of sexually assaulting her. As would you I expect, and as should Kavanaugh. Though he won't, he'll just reiterate that he has never met this lady, and the event never happened.

Kavanaugh has passed SIX FBI background checks on his way up the ladder. They dig into your past extensively. Discovered nothing.

At no point in his confirmation process has he been dishonest.
 
She has accused you of nothing, yet you attack her? WTF? Your reaction is the very reason so many woman don’t come forward.

And yes, it looks very much like Cavanaugh was less than truthful (lied) during his last confirmation.

What I meant was that if any woman (not Ford) falsely accused me of sexual assault I would fight back. Fighting back against vicious lies is not silencing women. It's voicing truth.

There's no satisfactory end to this. Purely he said/she said. She can't recall dates or locations, so he can't prove he wasn't there. Everyone has an opinion already. Might as well just vote.

At this point we don't know whether her accusations are true or false. Passing a polygraph, and the fact that she told people about this years before Cavanaugh was a household name and a Supreme Court nominee does add a little credibility to her accusations.
This needs to get done right, not quickly. Let the FBI honestly investigate this. Force the Senate to do their fucking jobs for once. These cowards were willing to deny Obama his constitutional right, and leave a seat open for over a year. Whats the big fucking hurry now?

What do you know Bucknut. It appears that a class mate has come forward saying that they recall hearing something about the incident.

Passed polygraph test. Told others about the incident years ago. Why would she be asking for the FBI to investigate this if she is lying. I imagine more will be coming forward in the future. It appears that Brett ain’t the man he wants us to believe he is.

We've descended into insanity. Her claim is unprovable. She can't recall when, where, or even how many people were in the room. Therefore, unless he can prove he was out of the country for all of 1982 her accusation is literally unfalsifiable. An investigation will accomplish nothing. Theres nothing to investigate. What, every house party in Montgomery County Maryland in 1982?

And since when do accusers get to demand FBI investigations of anything? (Worth noting that the FBI has zero jurisdiction here as no federal crime is alleged..... duh). And they have said as much.

If one unprovable accusation from 35 years ago is good enough to keep him off the Supreme Court, is it also enough to kick him off the DC Circuit? I mean, Michael Moore is out there saying Kavanaugh is "probably" a serial rapist. If he's not fit for the Supreme Court, why should he be good enough for the Circuit? Lets COMPLETELY DESTROY his life, reputation, marriage and children! Burn his ass!

Feinstein should be ashamed of herself. She had the letter in July. If she gave a single shit about this woman, or #MeToo, she would have grilled him about it during her questions to him. But she waited till the last minute, for obvious political reasons. Talk about "using" women....

It's all he said/she said. Thats all it can ever be. And all the key players have already made it very clear whom they believe. Just one thing left to do...

Coming forwards decades after a single incident of a high-school-aged boy at a party(?) who has otherwise only praise for his observed integrity is way different than many women coming out against say (my one-time hero) Bill Cosby or <quite a list, now> who as ADULTS used their positions of influence in bad ways.
And for Dems. to be resorting to this, really dismays me.
Lindsey Graham has said it well.

To think that men like Justice Thomas and Kavanaugh could be responsible for removing the right of a woman to chose what to do with Her body is alarming.

What do ya know, we have a new allegation from an incident in 1998. Recent enough for ya. Apparently he was drunk and assaulted a woman, and it seems there were witnesses.

This is how this shit goes. One comes forward, and others are soon to follow. Strength and comfort in numbers. The floods gates are officially open and gawd knows how many more will follow. This man clearly has a long history of abusing woman, and its only fitting that they be the ones bring this fucking tool down..
 
Money buys witnesses, the American way! I love the pound me too movement. Pretty soon the male species will be afraid of making any move on a female less 20 years down the road she’ll need money or notoriety.
