I think the intent of your original argument was that the U.S. was 10 & then 5. I’m sure you read that somewhere. My intent is to clear that up.

No, your math is off two orders.

15 070 * 100 / 323 000 000 =
0.0047
percent of the population.

320 mill / 5 mill is 64 times as many people
15 000 / 50 is 300 times as many murders
300 / 64 is 4.7 times as many murders per capita

So if you were here, you would join a shooting range, or take a hunting course, popo would check you out if you have a criminal record, buy an approved cabinet or two and have at it. As far as I know anyway.
Cluster bombs are now forbidden, efficient and profitable though they were. Full automatic weapons also. Some kind of magazine size restrictions for semi autos. No .50". And no trees over 50m.
