Compact Bulldog Bone

I'm going to be ordering some 11/16" bollards for the Bone, and try Gordon's trick of using a 7/16" bollard on the friction post of the chain link. See if different combos work better on different rope.

Only downfall is the 11/16" is bronze so going to have to watch the wear closely.

Idk, I guess it depends on how much gear your carrying. I used to prune 70% of my work and the sequoia worked fine. I remember the sequoia pulling down quite a bit with just the 200T at the hip.

But now I do 90% removals and the TM was a well needed change. I wouldn't go back, even if I was doing all pruning.

Mike, guys with no ass have a problem carrying big saws with any saddle...that's what suspenders were developed for....lol

That's all you need right there John. The thimble is a little too bulky for my taste too. And my light petzl sequoia is now already too heavy with all the crap I keep hanging off of it....and I'm planning on a TreeMotion next which is nearly double the weight. Oh well, back to the gym.

Why all the crap Will? Just get your ass in the tree and cut some wood leave the kitchen table just where it is in the damn house ya nut....

I have that chemical deficiency... no ACETOL... got the suspenders on all my saddles when I'm taking a chainsaw up with me. Never have found one yet that doesn't give me that creepy pants about to fall down feeling with the weight of a saw on there.

I am a crazy dude...I held it up...tossed it in the air.....caught it....then looked at one of my rope runners...and pondered for about 15 secs.....laughed out loud and found an immediate buyer....it was quite a simple decision....I don't like a lot of stuff always getting rid of things...that had to go

I have never been follow fashion...I like what I like and that's it...I am a singing tree dude to the end...wrench is my staple diet...runners help mix that diet up....
