I hate it when I do STUPID things...went to HomeDepot today to get some metal to see if I could sew a tether. Took the BDB with me so I could make sure I had the measurements right. When I went thru self check out, I put the BDB on the non-weighted side of the self check out...YEP....walked right out, head in the clouds.......returned later and I guess someone after me though it looked pretty, shinny and must have value, (which it did) so they took it. I can just imagine some numb nuts trying to figure out what it does.

Wow Richard, you just lived my nightmare. I keep my BDB by my bed and sleep with one eye open. I hate that anxious feeling when you know you left something behind and are racing back to see if you can reclaim it.
Really sorry! But the latest version is awesome. Deepest condolences.

And to echo TreeLogic's statement... I wish I were even half the idiot you are...

Made some mini tethers

I made a few so others can test this concept. I ran enough stitches to make it pretty stiff. The post is 5/16, the size of the hole that was in my bone, made of wood and strong enough for the tether I'm sure. I used wood to make the post as it would glue better to the webbing. I have 10 if anyone wants one, PM and I'll send it no cost.

DOH!!! Wow so sorry this happened to you...Just imagining if it happened to me...I could be waiting another 3 months to receive it here in Italy...and by the way I haven't seen mine yet! (Ordered 3 weeks ago and still in the hands of customs).
