Looks like a good idea. I've got some old boonie hats, I think I'll try cutting the top out of one to see if I can get the same effect, on the cheap!

If you find an old neoprene wetsuit you can carve out a brim. Another thing for the garage sale search list!

You guys........it's $34, it's supposed to keep you from stroking out or getting skin cancer........and any used wet suit material has been peed all over.
