helmet with mesh visor

I want to start using a mesh visor at work. I currently have a super plasma helmet, putting a visor on that seems whacky and is confusing to me. Has anyone here done it? Or, what is another setup to run with a nice mesh visor? I'm not sure I want to drop $360 on a protos.

What ear muffs are you using? 3M ones have holes on the brackets that slide into the helmet, those holes are for their mesh visor to snap into making it universal for any helmet that accepts those ear muff mounts.
Best part is at least with the last gen petzl helmets their plastic visor still functions without conflict, so you can use one or the other or both. I ran this way for years and got so much more life out of the plastic visor, and I’d use the mesh in wet conditions where fogging or sticky saw dust became an issue. Not ANSI rated though.
