It doesn't beep if it misses? I normally shake it as well. We'll see this week. Just got the machine back.

The beep is tied to the switch not the pins (at least in my 528). If you have the pins up when you turn the machine off, it puts them back down when you turn the machine off. But even if you leave the switch down, it doesn't lift them back up when you start the machine again...so pins down but it is beeping. Also my homemade trailer mover isn't perfectly lined up and needs shaking to get into place...switch was closed, but a pin wasn't down and it did not beep. So kinda double confirmation it's the switch position regardless of pins. I'd prefer it be pin location regardless of switch...

We absolutely are ! I was impressed my vendor had it come in today luckily mid morning , I sent a guy over immediately to take delivery as it helped , for a small lot clearing for home addition we were in today and it was productive to say the least , didn’t have much time to play around or take pics , just straight to the wolves

Yes I did- much more button pushing to manipulate the pieces vs the standard timber grab to chip , I’m sure we’ll get more fluid with time .

According to the website it’s ‘adaptable’ to the 5s
You’d need an optigrab addition to the joystick.
It weighs 236 kg (520 of your US duck prostates or whatever it is you use) so on the smaller avants that’s biting hard into your lifting capacity.

It would fit on the adapter plate certainly as we did hook it up on our 528
Functionally the weight of the grapple may be limiting on the 528 & the longer boom on 7 series is probably better a this grapple has no dawgs and doesn’t have frame that gives space from the unit , so it’s much more care to not knock into machine must be taken into account when holding any given load. As well with a larger load in grapple to turn from vertical to horizontal to side could turn over a machine quickly I’d bet, don’t wanna find out. We will likely keep it dedicated to the 755

Bit of a rarity, this one was a co-dom that had split out.
They do ok here, fast growing, quick dying normally, but a few seem to get really big and hang in there.

Liking the hd grapple so far learning what it can do well and doesn’t with the more we throw at it. Fixed vs dangle for chipping the dangle seems superior. Not the case so much with moving other things , mostly , this fixed grapple is nice
