Ive come across them a few time... in dead or dying dangerously hollow and sketchy trees. Its something to think about.

Congratulations to Mike Storey @thinkintr333s for getting to market this design that he has been working on for years. It is pretty sweet. Easy to open, won't blow away in the wind, wide so it's easy to flake line into. The Magic Box!
I've always assumed that the RRP is less than ideal MRS until the other day when I played around with this configuration. A carabiner works well clipped directly under the pulley, a tether to the standing end connected to the main attachment plate that runs above the bird so it doesn't...
I finally got a Job where I needed a trolley system. Storm damaged oak, basal decay, leaning over house. A waterfall feature with poured concrete and large stones restricted access to the tree. Not even an arbor trolley could pass.
this sounds intense. anyone know any more details. I think it is the wrong use of the word arborist. crazy. There were some infamous treebattles towards the end of the redwood logging era.
this thing looks pretty damn clever. i wonder though if it only works next to the trunk because pruning at the tips you would just pull down the branch. anyone ever use one?
what do you think about this message from Mike Rowe regarding Osha forcing people to wear helmets and eye pro? kind of funny. Ive always liked Mike. made me laugh

anyone do this? i tore up my knees pretty bad over 30 years of basketball. been turned on to backwards walking and jogging and its quite amazing how good my knees feel after just 3 weeks of 1/2 mile per day
its a chinese thing. they have 1/10 of knee and hip problems that we do and 10 times...
A while back there was a thread in regards to an invention that could install a line through a ring or over a branch. It worked by some sort of magic passing the line from one side of the device to the other. Does anyone know what I'm talking about?
I want a corded electric chainsaw It seems to me, you could have a pretty powerful unit but I can't seem to find a pro electric corded chainsaw. Is that not a thing? There are stronger battery saws than the corded ones. Cutting firewood by my building in a residential neighborhood calls...
it has a great Kohler engine but a blown hydraulic pump. some leaky lines as well. it really needs a hydraulic cooler installed I believe. otherwise you will be chasing blown lines, pumps, and motors for eternity.
