After climbing a little more on it, I do realize it is more bouncy than poison ivy and also the cover seems to be very spongy/separate from the core, like you can feel it separate which is kind of weird lol.

I am using just a soaker hose and have a battery operated timer that goes on the end of the spigot. I have not actually hooked it up yet but hope to in the next couple of days. The timer has read outs for gallons per minute I believe and even more useful things. I forget them all though with it...
