    Hoods

I'd buy in if it was separate from jacket. An accessory specific to a model of helmet for superior fit and function. Most jackets' hoods are not great fit with our helmets (before a sena and go pro) and the ones that do fit nice still pull on the shoulders of the jackets. The helmet usually...

Which to choose? Mini Skid Steer

Right on. Did you get a grapple for that bad boy? That thing must be a digging beast with that bucket! The only time I really notice lack of power with my 25hp jobber is when using the bucket to dig and plow with. I rented a 40hp? ditch witch for a few months last year and boy was that turbo...

Which to choose? Mini Skid Steer

Pretty sure you are mistaking your 40hp engine for the 56hp electronic common rail version. I understand there are a few versions of that engine including a 42hp version not sold in the U.S.

Which to choose? Mini Skid Steer

most rated lifting capacities are 35% of tipping capacity. I believe that is SAE rating. If not they are going to show 50% rating. Mini tracked loaders are not held to either i understand.

Which to choose? Mini Skid Steer

guess I was wrong, this spec says 3071lbs tipping, thought I saw 3075lb some where. Toro rep was at the delivery of my machine and explained why this is the best in class machine available. No your machine is not in the same class, even though the toro will out lift it.lol...

Which to choose? Mini Skid Steer

where did you see it has vertical lift? I thought only the toro TX1000 had vertical lift. (wide track tipping @ 3075lbs) If it does (don't doubted it)that's a big deal. Most machines will tip at less weight if they actually lift a load high due to their out and up radius of loader arms.

Chipper Truck for sale F550 Southco Dump Box

maybe you know this already, but..if you do not have a monitor/gauge, buy a scan gauge at autozone. they are like $160. you can monitor upto 4 sensors at once while driving. One of the three you want to monitor are the FICM voltage. should be 48V can dip to 47.5V if it goes to 47 or less...

Chipper Truck for sale F550 Southco Dump Box

Id put money down its not an injector cup on a 6.0 that does that, its the head cracking between the fuel and coolant rails in the head. It is where the injector goes, but not a "cup" like the 7.3's had. My last 6.0 did the exact same thing. You can get 20,000 miles (we did) out of it before...

Chipper Truck for sale F550 Southco Dump Box

If you want to sell it. 1-Prove it does not need a head gasket. That can be done with a simple kit that checks for combustion gasses in the coolant via the degas bottle. Item looks like a turkey baster, you suck up some coolant with a bit of a chemical added, if it turns a certain color...

Which to choose? Mini Skid Steer

That 25hp kubota is gonna be a long term winner. I have the toro tx1000. Rep told me they have mad torque where they bog down to. Like as much torque as the 30hp+ turboed units, no one wants to talk about torque. I've noticed if you feel the loss of power when climbing or know you are...

New Toro Tx 1000 Wide Track

Just pushed 120 hours on our wide track. No issues so far. I would not even consider the narrow track. Rental shop we bought ours from has a narrow track, guy who works for me (drives ours daily) rented the narrow with a friend for the weekend. He was pretty stoked we got the wide track...

Not a problem, unless you don't have a personal (non business) mode of transport. If you don't have another vehicle, you just keep track of mileage and repairs.

    Palfleet "Tree-Mek"

Nice work! I remember a few years ago when the grapple saw came out...I thought it was a big deal. What is the deal with warranty? Term on whole crane or just what parts? Do you sell the truck too, or does the customer just bring you a truck? Thanks!

    Mini rake

I did the same on my 900t ramrod. What I found on my machine was the control valves only allowed 8gpm, at 75% throttle it will go A bit faster then before at 100%. It is dangerously fast though, def turns on a dime and wheelies all over the place. Over that and a lot of heat was generated. We...

A sweet job we had a few weeks ago. We double rope/rigged most of the tree I'm in, even the fat chunks. Landing the limbs right on the chipper deck. Guys had it pretty easy on this job. Three Eastern Cottonwoods over two houses. Anywhere from 5'dbh and 120' tall. Ran out of bucket quick...
