Mini rake

Haha well I'm not exactly sure how to take that (is it good or bad?). Swapping the pumps was a fairly easy affair.

I did find this video, apparently it was around 6 years ago:

No point in making the job take all day!

I remember the first pump I installed was a little bigger than the math suggested would work, and the math was right (it would stall the engine under heavy load) so I installed a slightly smaller pump. I don't remember which pump that was.

I bought my first articulated loader at the end of May the following year.

Prior to the mini I was running a John Deere 4100 tractor with a bmg that worked well but left me wanting more lift capacity on a regular basis. So when I got the skid loader I sold the tractor and picked up the mini. In hind sight I probably should have keep the little tractor, it was much faster than the mini, a little more lifting power, and was decent on lawns. Maybe I'll have more love for my mini when I speed her up!

I converted my 25G from a 2 section pump with 2 sets of auxiliary hydraulics to a single section pump with one set. That increased the drive speed by roughly 50%.

The original pump was 8gpm/4gpm, I replaced it with a single 12gpm pump.
I did the same on my 900t ramrod. What I found on my machine was the control valves only allowed 8gpm, at 75% throttle it will go A bit faster then before at 100%. It is dangerously fast though, def turns on a dime and wheelies all over the place. Over that and a lot of heat was generated. We also went to a 25hp from the 22hp. We have bought a 14gpm control valve set that we have not yet put in...cause the new tx1000 gets all the attention. The tx1000 is much much more user friendly in many ways, especially with the electronic track controls.

Time to make some videos of the Giant loaders you're selling! Lets see what those can do.
