    I like using the Dirrs Tree and Shrub App. Its expensive as far as apps are concerned but I think its better then the book. It has full color pictures, line drawings and has an awesome search function.

    My favorite use for the rings came during the ice storm of 14. We were able to set up alot of rigging scenarios remotely and it saved us climbing in treacherous icy conditions. Setting a rigging point remotely and as cleanly as the rings allow is super awesome.

    it rarely if ever happens that a client doesnt have email where i live. if they dont it is a huge red flag to me. you can always print the estimates and mail them or carry a mobile field printer.
