    I don't have my spicing book yet..I followed the only video I could find. And I think I made the holes in the ultra sling a little to big? Let me know. But ultimately I guess it's choice. I'm waiting for my 5/8s tenex to come in then I'm going to try it with 2 fids. I bet I could have got it...

    This isy very first splice and I did it by hand no tools. Kinda hard for a first time but it started to get easier. Also I still have to learn to lock stick so it's not lock stitched yet.

    Yeah 5/8"s probably as much as I'll use as well thinking About it. I don't really need 1 to fit 3"4 I won't be taking pieces that huge. 5/8s is plenty enough.
