Looking to buy Large porter wrap (CLOSE) BOUGHT 1

1/2" and 9/16", large porty. Plenty options. All rope is Samson stablebraid or yale double esterlon. 5/8" is heavy and you will have to be negative rigging 2000lb chunks. Slings for blocks/rings is what sees most of the force. That being said you should be double block rigging those chunks if not a lot of run. More rope in the system. Block on spar, ring on chunk or two blocks. Hell double large ring can also work on spar.
Thanks for the info/advice. I have a lot to learn but I'm getting there. Love soaking up new climbing or tree information

How do you use it? I haven't figured any good applications for it yet - curious to hear how it gets deployed
Same places you'd use rings or a block, the places it really stands out to me is when I have to catch a top or rig wood off the spar/tree I'm working on.

Still looking for a portawarp.... Trying to find a good deal. Instead of getting 1from Sherrill tree for $200.

Any 1 looking to help a fellow out?

There's gotta be someone out there that has 1 they never use. And could use some cash to recoup? Some big hearted soul ? Lol

It's just always my luck to buy 1 new then find 1 on here for a great price.
