I bought a bunch of echo parts from them.
You can get a carb rebuild kt for cheap on ebay and fix it yourself.
If your run ethanol fuel than it's most likely buildup or a dried out diagram.
Get some carb cleaner and some cleaning brushes and give it a go.

Who do you think the republicans who own these huge corporations are going to use to replace the 680K people that died from covid with?
Republican politicians put the fear of "caravans of illegals" that are going to take over our county to scare and anger you "so called" patriots who are all...
The thing then was Trump promised everything under the sun that every democrat and blue color worker wanted and all on day one.
The gullibility of the uninformed of how our current democracy works is that they believed he could do all that.
No president can get all that done in ten presidencies...
Rico is no fool  now get back to your fake patriotic, virus is a hoax, blue lives matter (unless you are beating them over the head with a flag), sycophantic cult.
What cracks me up about these dumb ass republican politicians is that they are not willing to expand their base though they...

Thanks @Tuebor for posting the link.
Isn't the CS-490 a new saw in their line-up this year?
You can't compare it to the CS-620P or 590 as far as build quality.
It's a more plasticy saw but really light weight and more power over the CS-400 which is similarly built.
For the price it seems hard to beat with 10 more CC's at the cost...
I have the 620p as well and I love it, can run a 28" bar with a full skip on it.
I run a Husqy 390xp for larger wood up to 42" bar.
I'm thinking on buying the new Echo cs-490 as a lighter saw for in the tree rear handle to replace my cs-400.
Check it out here... Echo CS-490
Yup, gloves get pinched especially with a hitch so I get that.
I descend with my left hand on the beak facing me (normal orientation) and my elbow pointing downward and away to my left the RR.
Therefore my sleeve is too far away to get caught up.
Maybe you have shorter arms and have your elbow...
