TRAQ "manual" vs BMP 3rd ed.?

It's my first time. I asked but they said they'd send it 35 days before the class. I will just buy the BMP if they don't include a copy as part of the curriculum

Last I knew they do not include the BMP...just the manual. But times they are a changing. No more "recert" for TRAQ, it's going to be a full retake (7 years IIRC). So there may be other changes too.
 
If you are in it to win it then you should consider contextualizing TRAQ next to other assessment methodologies, within the A300 and in relation to its BMP. In Florida, the 2nd edition is in state law.

Oh dang that’s going to be a tricky one.

I’m hearing everything is pretty much the same between 2.0 and 3.0, yet there are some significant tweaks. So 90% the same but the changes are substantial.
I like the new form.

I’m hearing good things about VALID, yet haven’t wrapped my head around that one yet.

I think it used to be "renew" every 5...but maybe that was 3. I think it was 5 because pretty sure I've only done it twice. Now it's full retake every 7. Which kinda sucks. More than the cost is the 2 extra days of missed work. Maybe I'll see if I can take it in Texas or Florida in January.
