If he's falling it directly away from the house or up to 45 degrees, the chances of anything happeneing to the house are zero. The chances of it happening when falling right next to the house are one in a million... and the use of padding logs would spread the weaight out away from the house...
What do you figure "in connection with the service" means? Sounds like the website can reuse or repost the content in connection to the website, and that the content otherwise is owned by its author.
