    I used an old aluminum fire extinguisher for mine. It’s rated at 3300 psi. I’m comfortable putting 30-60 psi for most shots. My 2 cents.

    When you have cramping/arthritis issues with your hands, a snap comes in handy. I would rather not use a carabiner.     Poor white pine. It’s hacked and broken from the ice storm. Client wanted it cleaned up. I already cut one down last year and trimmed another. I’ll be curious to see how or if it recovers.

    Sycamore and Elm climbing.

    Wow. Thanks folks. The elms I’ve encountered are mostly forest trees. I’ve found a few at field edges that were pretty wide. The sycamores are definitely tall crazy long limbs regardless where I’ve seen them. I have a few different cambium savers but, no leather or Dan H type tubular ones. Craig
