Yale Cordage Launch New Climbing Rope

Thanks for all the many wonderful name suggestions for the new rope. We literally had hundreds of suggestions from ALL OVER THE WORLD.

So, Without further ado.....

Yale Cordage is proud to announce the arrival of IMORI - pronounced as EEE-MOR-LEE which is Japanese for Newt but also means "Good Forest"

The winner being - Dr. John Gathright of Tree Climbing Japan.

IMORI is a 12mm - 24 strand rope that provides ultimate grip for a les sthan 13mm diameter 24 strand rope. IMORI conforms to CE Type A EN-1891

IMORI will be available at ISA show in Chicago - July 24-27 or through your preferred Yale dealer / distributor network.

Just said low stretch, any ideas on the actually %? I'm guessing 2.2% like most ropes anymore, though i can still hope to find a new 1.8% elongation rope.
 
I like the name. I'm gonna try to order some up.

...but I'll be selling it under the name "Sexy Nightmare" so don't get confused.
