The detail for that job briefing is excellent. If your dealing with electrical hazards daily that format will get important questions answered. But as I read these responses I think I want to have a job briefing more catered to each individual's specific role and to have the job briefing almost tell the story of how the job will go, outlining where each person will be at most risk to have an accident for that specific job. I would want to have space for a few sentences that give specific details. But instead of having a checklist maybe have a reference sheet to help jog workers memories of questions we should be asking about the job. Examples: what will be the most hazardous operation? How will we prevent and mitigate. Who will be doing it and when?
