That's ridiculous, in case anyone wonders what I think. I run TreeStuff.com and I'm here to talk. Call or text 440.989.0444

This is getting a bit out of control again. However, I have texted you about a small order back in January that took two weeks to ship and got no response so make sure you follow through with this statement. I still do most of my ordering from treestuff unless they're out of stock and I need it now. I think that any company that we order from can have hickups. Lets all get over it and move on. Also lets thank them for the good they do...tree-o-cache, jambo, treestuff parties, etc. Not just bang on them when they make a mistake.

@bonner1040

I was on the website the other day and noticed the dealer section is back up there. You guys have Vermeer listed as the Canadian dealer. Can you give a little information on the arrangement for your Canadian customers and how we go about ordering through them. Will we have access to sale items through them? Can items be shipped to all Vermeer locations for local pickup? Etc...

Thanks

Vermeer is just a reseller. They buy stuff from us and resell it and that is the extent of our relationship. We don't have any control over what they assort or what they charge for it or the level of customer service that they offer.

This is similar to all the other dealers that we have. The dealer section of the site was never removed and has been up continuously for quite a while now.

If you want to order something from Treestuff.com @ treestuff.com prices you will need to order it on the website treestuff.com and have it delivered directly to you or the address of your choosing.

So I usually do most of my business with treestuff. I needed a new rope and like Yale 11.7's. Looked on treestuff and the price had gone up 30-50%. I thought this was a bit ridiculous so I checked Sherrill and ordered some calamine for $1/ foot (same price it USED to be at treestuff). That was on Saturday, thinking I'll have it around Thursday. I tried to check my order number about 10 different ways and it never worked. Still nothing today so I gave them a call and spoke with a really nice woman. She informed me that the calamine wasn't shipped yet and they have none in their warehouse. She then informed me that it was discontinued and that I could order something else and it should be here by Wednesday. This was the very first order I ever placed with Sherrill and now I'll have to wait an extra 5 days on top of the 6 I've already waited. Wouldn't be a big deal but the only email I got was to say thank you for your order. Nothing about it being discontinued or backordered or anything. Starting to wonder how long I would've been waiting if I hadn't called. Shouldn't be a big deal and I have other rope but when I place an order its because I need something. Bad first impression for me Sherrill, I'm not impressed.

PSSST, Wesspur.... They generally have their website up to date on stock, ship the same day (if ordered in the am), helpful people, and always will match coupons or competitor prices... I use Treestuff's ISA discount at Wesspur all the time.
Only complaint is that they don't always have the selection of gear/ropes... Often they can track things down, or just don't have it advertised yet..

The price went up 30-50%??? That's probly an error. Can you site an example?

As far as the service or assortment at Sherrill, I can't speak to that. I'm totally focused on treestuff.

Prism was $.99/ foot, now $1.29. Aztec, blue moon, and sumac are all now $1.49/ foot, up from $.99- $1.09 I believe.

The per foot prices did see more of an increase than the hanks, but I reviewing these now.

Did you look at the prices for the hanks?

Some of the ropes are also being dropped to make more room in the DC, so there might only be some random lengths available.

Worth noting our hank prices are considerably less than WesSpur or any other retailer I am aware of. Our site also has an active SSL certificate too.

I was after some prism so I checked the 120' hank and the price seemed to reflect the price per foot. After checking the rest now, I would've gotten some donaghy's, as the hank price is lower. That's disappointing, I would've stuck with Treestuff and avoided this whole ordeal. Unfortunately, the price per foot is the first thing customers see when scrolling through and it turned me off. Thanks for your replies Nick, much appreciated

Prism is a Canning's exclusive color and drives the price much higher as a result. With Channing's colors you are 100% paying more for the color.

Hi Sam,

A working link to your downloadable catalog would be nice.

Link gives an error and has done so for about 2 years. I've reported this a number of times.

I like to browse and a download is great for reading offline and, for me, is a nicer experience than using the website.

Thanks, Jason
