Is that a fruit or seed in the top half? When I zoom in it gets too blurry to make out. Maybe cranberry? I dunno. Oh, and it is upside down on my tablet.

That is the natural shape... The plant is in full bloom in the photo, which is the cool part. Sorry about the orientation, that's not my doing... The thumbnail shows upside down on mine, but when I open it it is proper. I attached it normally, I swear!

No... This has mostly large cousins, one well known smallish one.

What you are seeing in the photo is flowers, I guess I was kind of ambiguous in my earlier post. They are black flowers.
