Trees from a distance

Hint: when searching Google for, "Willow - black flowers" make sure to put "black flowers" in quotations, so the search engine looks for that exact phrase. Otherwise you're gonna get a bunch of results about Black Willow (Salix nigra) which doesn't have black flowers :)

I'll look for something to put up soon. If I take too long then somebody jump right in.

That looks like the crap I keep cutting away from the trees in my local park. What a pain in the butt that stuff is. No guess though, lol.
Believe it or not, the majority of that foliage isn't from the vine (Virginia creeper and trumpet vine). But yeah, this isn't one of my favorite trees either :)

That was easy-Breezy. Was there a giveaway? On another note, a while ago I posted a Torreya taxifolia which is an endangered species. This one is growing naturally in a front yard of a property here in town in what would be its natural native range. Most of the remaining individuals of the species have been affected with a fungus disease that causes death and stump sprouting similar to American Chestnut. A group that monitors the population is aware of this tree and they suspect it is the largest on the planet. All in all, pretty cool. I have to go measure it for them.
