not a ginkgo either, its not a really uncommon tree. I see them here in the woods out deer hunting, the deer love the fruit as well.

Well in my area Nyssa sylvatica is called a Tupelo Gum, but of course common names are our nemesis. So by that common name, you were close, but nothing you've listed so far has it.
