This one does have the shaggy bark higher up, it was smoother than I'm used to seeing for sure, but it was still pretty rough barked. I'm not too familiar with a lot of your guesses, so apologies if it looked like I wasn't listening. Just referred you back to the 'standing water' clue because of the trees common name.
