None of those... This tree is about 40" dbh with a spread of 50+... Much larger than any dogwood species. It does look a bit like a Willow, but is not related.

Looks like you left a hanger: middle left in the back

Not a corktree, but it sort of looks like one. What you see on the left is a watersprout that was intentionally left there, but there actually was a small 1" hanger left directly over the garage. Oops. This job was done 'on the cheap' as they say. The guy only had $300, so I did the work and left the mess, which he was happy to clean up.

I can do a larger file this afternoon if you need it.
